Students work in a simulated environment to determine and action network problems, provide advice to clients and manage client relationships. Students will learn to create user documentation as a strategy to providing client support.

Students will learn to build basic network systems by installing network cards, building cables and configuring IP Addresses and network protocols. Students will be enrolled in the Cisco Networking Academy and will complete CCNA 1 theory and labs.
